The Village, by Ordinance 80-93, passed 12-20-93, adopted a comprehensive Personnel Policy Manual for the Village, and at the same time repealed any and all sections of the Codified Ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of the Personnel Policy Manual. As the manual is published separately, it has not been codified, and the former sections which conflicted with such personnel policies have been repealed.
