(a) The fidelity bond for the Clerk-Treasurer shall be increased to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to prepare the necessary documents and enter into a contract to increase the Clerk-Treasurer’s Bond to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
(b) The blanket bond currently covering employees of the Village of Loudonville, other than elected officials, shall be increased to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized and directed to prepare the necessary documents and enter into a contract for the increase of said bond to fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
