(a) Any employee who is requested or required to work for another department of the Village in which any such employee does not already hold a position with an established wage rate, shall be paid by such other department at his or her own pay rate as established for the department for which such employee normally works.
(b) Any department head entitled to overtime pay as a result of working for another department shall be paid for such overtime hours by the department that created the overtime.
