1410.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the following technical code and standards are hereby adopted:

   (a)    The 1988 edition of the National Fuel Gas Code, sponsored by the American Gas Association and the National Fire Protection Association; and (Adopting Ordinance)

   (b)    Part 192, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, titled "Transportation of Natural and other Gas by Pipeline: Minimum Federal Safety Standards," as the same exists at the time of passage of this section.
