From Federal Government, the State, every county, city and county, municipal corporation, irrigation district, school district, district established by law, and any political or administrative subdivision of the State or Federal Government will not be required to make a deposit or to post a policy of protective liability insurance as otherwise required by Sections 64.15 and 64.15.1.
