Sec. 101.
Said board shall from time to time make rules to carry out the purposes of this article and for the examinations and appointments in accordance with its provisions. (Added, 1925.)
Rules adopted by a civil service commission under rule making power conferred by the Charter, and not in conflict with it, have the same force and effect as the Charter.
