(A) Whenever in this chapter any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense, or whenever in this chapter the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or an offense, where no specific penalty is provided therefore, the violation of any such provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $750. Each day any violation of any provisions of the chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Upon finding a vehicle parked in violation of this chapter the officer shall attach to the vehicle a notice to the owner or operator thereof that the vehicle has been parked in violation of one of the following: §§ 70.20 through 70.24, 70.27, 70.28, 70.30 through 70.33, 70.36, 70.41 through 70.46, 70.48, 70.50, and 70.55:
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 70.10 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $75 and not more than $750.
