(A) The hearing officer shall be authorized to impose a fine of up to $750 for each violation. The fines and penalties which shall be imposed for the violation of parking, standing or compliance regulations are set forth in the following table. A violator may pay the prescribed fine in advance of the hearing and then not be required to attend the hearing in person. The “Other Violations” column shall control the penalties for all other ordinance violations unless the administrative ticket is designated as a “must appear” ticket which will then authorize the hearing officer to set the fine for the violation up to $750 for each violation.

(B) For any citation or administrative ticket that does not include a "must appear" designation for a hearing before the hearing officer, the person receiving the citation or ticket may settle and compromise the matter by paying a fee in the amount of $100 before the date of the hearing designated on the citation or ticket. The fee shall be paid as directed on the citation or ticket or any document accompanying the citation or ticket.
