(a) Whoever violates Section 610.02, LIMITATIONS ON NUMBERS AND TYPES PERMITTED; EXCEPTIONS, Section 610.08 DOG LICENSES, Section 610.09 NUISANCES; RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNERS, Section 610.10 ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; Section 610.16 TETHERING OF DOGS is responsible for a Municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), plus costs and other sanctions, for each infraction. Repeat offenses under this section shall be subject to increased fines as provided in Section 202.101 of the Administrative Code.
