SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND GUTTERS
No person shall construct, repair or replace any sidewalk or curb in the town’s rights-of-way within Limon without prior approval of the town and must comply with development and construction standards then in place as approved by the Board of Trustees by resolution. The permit shall be issued at no charge.
