§ 154.018 UNLAWFUL TO DEPOSIT REFUSE ON STREETS, DRAINAGE WAYS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES.
   It shall be unlawful to deposit in or litter any street, alley or public place with ashes, lawn clippings, branches, sod, earth, sand, gravel, any rubbish, waste paper, garbage or any other waste material.
