§ 154.036 UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF SAFETY APPLIANCE.
   It shall be unlawful to damage, displace, remove or interfere with any traffic cone, barrier, barricade, warning light or any other safety appliance which is lawfully placed around or about any street, alley, sidewalk or other excavation or construction work site in the town.
