LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 22-3. - Administration and maintenance of plan.
(a)   The director shall administer all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the employment and compensation of persons covered by this chapter. The director shall be responsible for the administration of all personnel programs relating thereto.
(b)   This chapter shall be construed in conformity with 29 U.S.C. sections 201—219. The director shall make reasonable and necessary rules and regulations to ensure that 29 U.S.C. sections 201—219 and regulations adopted thereunder are properly applied.
