OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF

LEWISBURG, OHIO

PREAMBLE

In order that we may have the benefits of municipal home rule and exercise all of the powers of local self-government and other powers conferred under the Constitution and Statutes of the State of Ohio, we, the citizens of the Municipality of Lewisburg, in the County of Preble and State of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for our municipality.
