§ 37.02 COMPOSITION.

The Fire Department of the city shall consist of a Fire Chief, two Assistant Fire Chiefs, officers, and members of the Department. One Assistant Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Fire Chief. The other Assistant Fire Chief shall be elected every three years by majority decision of the membership of the Leitchfield Fire Department.
