OWNER’S LICENSES

§ 113.01 REQUIRED.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle or conveyance for the transportation of passengers for hire to or from points within the city without first obtaining a license therefor as provided in §§ 113.02 through 113.05 of this subchapter.
