§ 113.25  REPLACEMENT OF LOST OR DESTROYED CARDS.
   In the event of the loss or destruction of his or her driver’s license card, the driver of a public carrier shall immediately report to the Clerk-Treasurer and may obtain a new card upon paying a fee of $10.
