Licenses required by § 113.01 of this subchapter shall extend for a period of one year, beginning January 1 of each year, and no license shall be issued for less than one year. In the case of licenses issued on or after October 1 in each year, one-half of the fees set out in § 113.02 of this subchapter shall be paid.
