SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   City parks.

      (1)   The speed limits for motor vehicles within the city parks shall be:

      (2)   A violation of the provisions of the city code shall amount to a city ordinance violation and, upon a finding of violation of that section, the violator shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $25.

   (B)   Speed limits.

      (1)   The speed limits for motor vehicles within the city shall be:

      (2)   A violation of the provisions of the city code shall amount to a traffic violation and a fine shall be imposed as set by the City Court for like offenses. Each time of the offense shall constitute a new and separate offense.

SCHEDULE II. PREFERENTIAL STREETS.

   (A)   The following streets within the city are hereby designated as preferential streets:

   (B)   All traffic on these streets shall have the right-of-way over all intersecting streets unless otherwise controlled by a traffic-control device.

SCHEDULE III. ONE-WAY STREETS.

   (A)   Traffic on the following shall only move in the direction indicated.

SCHEDULE IV. SNOWMOBILES; APPROVED TRAVEL ROUTE.

   (A)   Snowmobiles shall be allowed to operate within the corporate limits of the city only upon the public streets set forth in division (B) below.

   (B)   Snowmobiles shall be operated upon the following streets of the city:

   (C)   The operation of snowmobiles in Memorial Park, Longley Park or on any other street within the corporate limits of the city is prohibited.

   (A)   A violation of the provisions of the city code shall amount to a traffic violation and a fine shall be imposed as set by the City Court for like offenses.

   (B)   Each day of the offense shall constitute a new and separate offense.

SCHEDULE VI. HEAVY LOADS.

   (A)   Vehicles over four tons.  All vehicles of a gross weight over 8,000 pounds are prohibited from using those parts of Dick, Green and Coombs Streets set out in Chapter 77, Schedule I, divisions (J), (K) and (L); provided, however, this restriction shall not apply to city vehicles performing a city service; nor shall the restriction apply to that part of Coombs Street south from West South Street to Dicks Street. All vehicles using the above parts of Coombs Street shall not exceed the weight limits set by the state for travel on state highways.

   (B)   Heavy truck traffic.  Heavy truck traffic on East Noble Street between its intersection with Indianapolis Avenue (also known as Business Route State Road 52) and Spencer Avenue/State Road 32 in excess of 11,000 pounds is expressly prohibited.

   (C)   Penalty.

      (1)   Any person violating any provision of this schedule, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

      (2)   A violation of the provisions of the city code pertaining to division (B) above shall amount to a city ordinance violation, and upon finding a violation, the violator shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100. Each offense shall constitute a new and separate offense.
