SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

   (A)   City parks.

      (1)   The speed limits for motor vehicles within the city parks shall be:

Abner Longley Park	15 mph
Lebanon Memorial Park	15 mph

 

      (2)   A violation of the provisions of the city code shall amount to a city ordinance violation and, upon a finding of violation of that section, the violator shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $25.

   (B)   Speed limits.

      (1)   The speed limits for motor vehicles within the city shall be:

      (2)   A violation of the provisions of the city code shall amount to a traffic violation and a fine shall be imposed as set by the City Court for like offenses. Each time of the offense shall constitute a new and separate offense.

SCHEDULE II. PREFERENTIAL STREETS.

   (A)   The following streets within the city are hereby designated as preferential streets:

Indianapolis Avenue

Lafayette Avenue

Park Street

Patterson Street

Ransdell Road

Royal Street

Sam Ralston Road

South Street

Syracuse Drive

Ulen Drive

Washington Street

West Street from Elm Street to Esplanade Street

 

   (B)   All traffic on these streets shall have the right-of-way over all intersecting streets unless otherwise controlled by a traffic-control device.

SCHEDULE III. ONE-WAY STREETS.

   (A)   Traffic on the following shall only move in the direction indicated.

*   The times of one-way traffic shall be set annually by the Board of Public Works and Safety before school opens in the fall of each year
