(A) Snowmobiles shall be allowed to operate within the corporate limits of the city only upon the public streets set forth in division (B) below.
(B) Snowmobiles shall be operated upon the following streets of the city:

North Lebanon Street from the north city limits to the entrance of K-Mart Shopping Center |
North Outer Drive southeast from Ulen Drive to end |
Outer Drive from Park Drive to Fordice Street |
Park Drive from North Outer Drive to Outer Drive |
Park Street from Fordice to Main Street |
Patterson Street from Chicago Street south to Noble Street |
Ulen Drive from Essex to Elizaville Road |

(C) The operation of snowmobiles in Memorial Park, Longley Park or on any other street within the corporate limits of the city is prohibited.
