Parking shall be prohibited as follows:
(A) On the north side of Essex Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Garfield Street;
(B) On the south side of Essex Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Jameson Street;
(C) On the south side of Busby Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of West Street;
(D) On the north side of Busby Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the west line of Meridian Street;
(E) On the south side of Busby Street between the east line of East Street and the west line of Park Street;
(F) On the south side of Esplanade Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and east line of Hoy Avenue;
(G) On the east side of Esplanade Court north of the north line of Esplanade Street;
(H) On the south side of Fordice Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and west line of Park Street;
(I) On the north side of Fordice Street between the east line of Park Street and the west line of Grant Street;
(J) On the south side of Washington Street between the east line of Park Street and the west line of Grant Street;
(K) In the midblock crosswalk areas on the north, east and south sides of the courthouse square;
(L) On the south side of Dicks Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Patterson Street;
(M) On the south side of Green Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Patterson Street;
(N) On the east side of Coombs Street between the south line of Dicks Street and the north line of Noble Street;
(O) On the east side of Coombs Street between the north line of Dicks Street and the south line of South Street (Indiana State Road 32);
(P) On the south side of Ash Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Coombs Street;
(Q) On the south side of Ash Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the west line of Meridian Street;
(R) On the south side of Walnut Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Coombs Street;
(S) On the south side of Walnut Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the west line of Meridian Street;
(T) On the west side of Kersey Street south of Chicago Street;
(U) On the south side of Chicago Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the first alley east of East Street;
(V) On the south side of Chicago Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and east line of Lafayette Ave;
(W) Ten-minute maximum parking duration between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday on the north side of Main Street between the west line of West Street and the first alley on the west side of the United States Post Office having an address of 304 West Main Street;
(X) On the south side of Somerset Drive west of the west line of Grant Street between April 1 and October 1;
(Y) On the north and south sides of Riley Road between the west line of Lafayette Ave and the east line of Danielle Road;
(Z) On the north side of Riley Road between the west line Danielle Road and the east edge of the Riley Court cul-de-sac;
(AA) Within the Riley Road Court cul-de-sac;
(BB) On the south side of Royal Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Roy Ave;
(CC) On the north side of Royal Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of West Street;
(DD) On the south side of Baronne Street between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the dead end of Baronne Street west of Garfield Street;
(EE) On Lebanon Street (Indiana State road 39) north of the north line of Washington Street;
(FF) On Lebanon Street (Indiana State road 39) south of the south line of Main Street;
(GG) Two-hour maximum parking duration between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) between the north line of Main Street and the south line of Washington Street;
(HH) On the west side of West Street between the north line of North Street and the south line of Williams Street;
(II) On the east and west sides of Lafayette Avenue;
(JJ) Within Terrace Lane cul-de-sac;
(KK) On the east side of Lakeshore Court;
(LL) On the south side of Lakeshore Drive;
(MM) On the south side of Green Street between the east line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the west line of Pleasant Street;
(NN) On the south side of East Elm Street;
(OO) On the west side of East Street between the north line of Washington Street and the south line of the first alley north or Fordice Road;
(PP) On the west side of East Street between Ulen Drive and the first alley north of the bridge over Prairie Creek;
(QQ) On the west side of Meridian Street between Williams Street and Ulen Drive;
(RR) On the west side of Meridian Street between Elm Street and Thompson Street;
(SS) On the south side of Maple Drive between the west line of Lebanon Street (Indiana State Road 39) and the east line of Garfield Street;
(TT) Two-hour maximum parking duration between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on Main Street between the east line of West Street and the west line of East Street, on Washington Street between the east line of West Street and the west line of East Street, on Meridian Street between the north line of South Street (Indiana State Road 32) and the south line of North Street;
(UU) Within ten feet of either side of any fire hydrant or as indicated by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating "NO PARKING" area;
(VV) Within 20 feet of any cross walk or as indicated by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating "NO PARKING" area;
(WW) Within ten feet of any residential driveway or as indicated by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating "NO PARKING" area;
(XX) Within ten feet of any alley entryway or as indicated by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating "NO PARKING" area;
(YY) Within 20 feet of any public right-of-way street intersection or as indicated by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating "NO PARKING" area;
(ZZ) In areas where signs containing the words "NO PARKING" have been erected as approved by the City of Lebanon Board of Public Works and Safety;
(AAA) On the east and west sides of Shorewood Drive 150 feet south of the south line of CR 250 North (Anderson Lane);
(BBB) Onto and or blocking any sidewalk, walkway, path, or trail located within the public right-of-way;
(CCC) On the North side of Williams Street between a point approximately 70 feet west of the west line of North Meridian Street to the west line of Meridian Street;
