§ 5-2-6-26. REVOCATION OF STORM WATER PERMITS.
   (A)   The City Civil Engineer may revoke a storm water permit and/or execute a stop-work order if the application, plans or other supporting documents required by § 5-2-6-10 reflect:
      (1)   A false statement or misrepresentation as to material fact;
      (2)   Lack of compliance with storm water management requirements;
      (3)   Failure to comply with the requirements of §§ 5-2-6-8, 5-2-6-9, 5-2-6-10, 5-2-6-11, 5-2-6-12 or 5-2-6-14; or
      (4)   Failure to post surety, execute covenants or dedicate easements as required by the City Civil Engineer pursuant to §§ 5-2-6-17, 5-2-6-18 or 5-2-6-19.
   (B)   This sanction shall in no way limit the operation of penalties provided elsewhere in this chapter.
