§ 5-2-6-12. WHEN A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED AND CERTIFIED STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN IS NOT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Submission of any type of storm water plan or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan shall not be required as a precondition for obtaining a storm water permit in the instance of one- or two-family dwellings constructed in a subdivision if:
      (1)   A plat has been approved in accordance with the Subdivision Control Ordinance, 58-AO-13 as amended; and
      (2)   A storm water construction plan and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the platted land meeting requirements of § 5-2-6-11 has been approved and permit issued under this chapter for that plat.
   (B)   Any deviations from the storm water provisions as approved in the plat and storm water construction plan and/or Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the subject plot must be submitted the City Civil Engineer for approval. The City Civil Engineer may require the submission of plans or other information relative to the deviation in conformance with § 5-2-6-14.
