10.20.020 Conduct with motor vehicle prohibited.
No person on any premises shall race or accelerate the motor of any vehicle, or bring to a sudden start or stop any motor vehicle, or blow or honk the horn of any motor vehicle, except where reasonably necessary in the operation thereof.

10.20.030 Deposit of refuse prohibited.
No person shall place, throw or deposit any garbage, refuse or waste material upon, in or outside of any premises, except in waste or refuse receptacles provided therefor on the premises.

10.20.040 Parking and leaving vehicle prohibited.
No person shall enter any premises in a motor vehicle of any description, park the vehicle and leave the premises, without obtaining the consent of the permittee or owner of the premises.

10.20.050 Entry without business purpose prohibited.
No person shall enter any premises in a motor vehicle except for the purpose of conducting business with the permittee, owner, manager or proprietor thereof, and no such person shall enter the premises for the primary purpose of cruising a motor vehicle on the premises, racing a motor vehicle on the premises, or as a short cut to another street or alley, or for the purpose of annoying or endangering any person or persons or other vehicle or vehicles lawfully on the premises.

10.20.060 Possession of open alcoholic beverages prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person on any premises to have in his possession any container, containing any alcoholic beverage which has been opened, or a seal broken, or the contents of which have been partially removed. This section does not apply within premises licensed under Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, nor to anyone keeping an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle in the manner authorized by the Vehicle Code of the state of California.

10.20.070 Interference with use of premises.
A person remaining on any premises after being asked by the permittee, proprietor, manager or employee thereof to leave and refusing to do so is guilty of a misdemeanor. It is unlawful for a group of two or more persons to loiter on any of the premises.

10.20.080 Signs permitted.
Persons owning, operating, .managing or conducting such premises may, but shall not be required to, place signs upon the premises giving notice of the provisions of Sections 10.20.010 through 10.20.080. Enforcement of such sections shall not be dependent upon the placement of any such signs.

10.20.090 Violation of civil rights.
The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to authorize the denial to any person of those rights guaranteed by the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code Sections 51 et seq.).
