1721.01 DEFINITIONS.

   "Building Commissioner" means the Building Commissioner of the City of Lakewood or his/her authorized representative, for purposes of this Chapter.

1721.02 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR PUBLIC POOLS.

   Before work is commenced on the construction of a public swimming pool or public wading pool or on any alteration, addition, remodeling or other improvement thereto, an application for a permit to construct and the plans and specifications and pertinent explanatory data hereinafter required shall be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health, and the Building Commissioner for approval. No part of the work shall be commenced until the Ohio Department of Health and the Building Commissioner have evidenced their approval by the suitable endorsement upon such plans and specifications, and have granted a permit thereof.
