(a) Whoever maintains, or is employed by a person who maintains, a personal information system, and purposely refuses to comply with or violates any of the provisions of Section 148.07,148.08, 148.09, 148.10, 148.11(a), (b) or (c) or 148.12 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) An officer or employee of the City who complies or attempts to comply in good faith with the provisions of this chapter is not subject to criminal liability.
