(A) Any person violating any provision of the chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.100 through 110.107 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day of which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any cost of collection or fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (B) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.080 through 110.085 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed on each day on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any cost of collection or fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (C) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(D) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 110.120 through 110.128 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $750, for each and every offense and each day that such offense continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense. In addition, any cost of collection or fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (D) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(E) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 110.140 through 110.151 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $750, and each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition, any cost of collection or fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (E) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(F) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 110.165 through 110.178 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 and a separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred each day upon which a violation occurs or continues. In addition, any cost of collection or fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (F) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(H) Any violation by a landscaper under §§ 110.215 through 110.220 of this chapter or other provisions of the city code shall subject the landscaper to a fine. Except as herein set forth, any violations under §§ 110.215 through 110.220 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $150, and not more than $750. Any violation of any other provision of the city code or ordinance of the city shall be subject to the fine applicable to such violation.
