For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any mechanical/electrical apparatus governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token or by the payment of a fee or charge which provides the user with a physical or mental amusement, diversion or competition in accordance with prescribed rules or conditions.
