§ 110.080 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUKE BOX. Any music vending machine.
   MUSIC VENDING MACHINE. Any automatic coin-operated phonograph or other musical device, for the use of playing of which a fee is charged, for the purpose of amusement.
