(A) Unless otherwise set forth in the schedule of fees adopted from time-to-time by the City Council, the penalties and fines set forth in this section shall apply. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.999.
(B) (1) Whoever violates any of the provisions of §§ 74.175 through 74.188 shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $750 for each and every offense, and each day any motor vehicle is used upon the streets, avenues, alleys or public facilities of this city without having complied with the provisions of §§ 74.175 through 74.188 shall be considered a separate and distinct offense; provided, however, that violations of § 74.175 may be satisfied by the purchase of a valid city vehicle license and by the following payments if paid within the listed time periods.

(C) For any fine, penalty or charge not timely paid in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, any cost of collection incurred by the city pursuant to this chapter may be assessed as an addition tax or penalty, or both, consistent with § 10.99 of this city code.
