Wherever in this subchapter a responsibility or authority is assigned to the City Clerk, the City Manager may, in the Manager’s sole discretion, delegate such responsibility or authority to another person and shall provide appropriate notice of such delegation to the public as the Manager deems necessary to ensure the convenient administration of this subchapter.
