§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Sections of this chapter that provide for fines and penalties:

   (B)   The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, shall apply to this chapter.
      (1)   Any person who shall violate any provision of the chapter or who shall fail or refuse to obey any lawful order or direction of the Board of Trustees of the town or of the Maintenance Supervisor made under or pursuant to this chapter, or in carrying out any of its provision shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as hereinafter provided for each and every offense, and each day that any violation of any provision of this chapter shall exist, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   Except as may otherwise be provided herein above, every person convicted of a violation of any provision set forth in this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 for the first violation thereof; not less than $200 for the second violation thereof, and not more than $300. The Municipal Judge shall have no discretion to suspend such fine and/or imprisonment.
