It shall be unlawful for person not a licensed plumber licensed by the state or his or her duly licensed assistant to make any taps for connection with the sewer system of the town. The quality of workmanship shall first be approved by the town’s Maintenance Supervisor before a permit is issued for the occupancy of such building to which such connection is made.
