(A) It shall be unlawful for any plumber or other person to place any plumbing fixtures for the use of water on any premises whatsoever without a permit therefor.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any plumber or other person to turn water on to any premises when shut off for any reason without a permit from the Maintenance Supervisor, or in cases of new plumbing, to leave the water turned on without such permit.
(C) Any plumber or other person who shall violate the provisions of this section, upon conviction, shall be fined as hereinafter provided, and if such violation be by a plumber, his or her plumber’ license shall be subject to forfeiture to the extent permitted by law if the Board of Trustees so elect.
