The business transacted at all commission meetings shall follow a standard agenda form as prescribed by the City Council and available at the City Administrator's office. Minutes of all proceedings which are public information shall be kept by the designated commission secretary and shall be available at all reasonable times and frequencies as public information, and especially for review by the City Administrator, City Council, and where indicated, other city staff department heads.
