§ 50.01 INTENT.

   Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-19-1 et seq., the City of Kewanee, Henry County, Illinois can manage solid waste or enter into contracts for the management of solid waste. This chapter will set out rates, rules, regulations, and penalties pertaining to the management of solid waste.
