The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that all water service customers of Kewanee will receive a good, safe, and sanitary method of removing refuse, recyclables, and yard waste from their home, as further delineated herein. Also addressed in this chapter is the operation of the city's Solid Waste Transfer Station. The transfer station rates are set for solid waste that is not municipal residential solid waste from Kewanee.
