§ 90.04  RIDING OF ANIMALS ON PUBLIC STREETS, SIDEWALKS, AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride the back of a pony, horse, mule, or other animal on any public street, sidewalk, or other public place within the corporate limits of the Town of Kenly, after sundown.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride the back of a pony, horse, mule, or other animal at any time upon the public sidewalks within the corporate limits of the Town of Kenly.
