1468.01 DUTY TO PLACE NUMBERS ACCORDING TO PLAN.
   Each property holder shall place or cause to be placed, in some conspicuous place on or over each front door of each house owned by him or her, the proper building number in accordance with the scheme or plan now on file in the office of the City Engineer and set forth in this chapter.

1468.02 FIFTEENTH AND SIXTEENTH WARDS.
   In the Fifteenth and Sixteenth Wards, the avenues are named First to Thirteenth Avenue to indicate the number which shall govern the house number. This is in compliance with the present numbering. Each twenty-five feet shall represent a number.
   On all cross avenues, the Conemaugh River shall be the beginning point and all numbers shall be computed from the River line, with each twenty-five feet representing a number.

1468.03 FOURTEENTH WARD.
   In the Fourteenth Ward, all numbers shall begin on the streets northwestward from Hingston's Run to the City line and every twenty-five feet shall represent a number. Northeastward, all numbers shall begin at the Conemaugh River and every twenty-five feet shall represent a number.

1468.04 THIRTEENTH WARD.
   In the Thirteenth Ward, on Iron Street, all numbers shall begin from the Little Conemaugh River and every twenty-five feet shall represent a number northward, and on all alleys eastward, the same distance shall represent a number.
