§ 812.03 MOBILE ICE CREAM VENDING TRUCKS.
   (a)   “Mobile ice cream vending trucks” as used herein is defined as a vehicle which sells or offers for sale ice cream products to the public for immediate consumption.
   (b)   Any mobile ice cream vending vehicle must have a flashing yellow light mounted on top of the vehicle, which is operating at all times during which customers are either being solicited or served.
   (c)   Any mobile ice cream vending vehicle must have warning signs visible on the vehicle stating “Caution - Slow Moving Vehicle” and “Caution - Watch for Children.”
   (d)   When in the process of soliciting customers, the mobile ice cream vending vehicle shall not be operated at a speed in excess of ten miles per hour.
   (e)   The operator of any mobile ice cream vending vehicle must have a valid vendor’s license to operate in the corporation limits of the City of Ironton.
