Established violations of Chapter 50, Garbage and Refuse, §§ 50.01 through 50.06 and § 50.99; Chapter 90, Abandoned and Inoperable Vehicles, §§ 90.01 through 90.26; Chapter 93, Health, Safety and Sanitation, §§ 93.01 through 93.32; Chapter 95, Noxious Weeds, §§ 95.15 through 95.18 and § 95.99; Chapter 150, Building and Property Maintenance, §§ 150.001 through 150.240; and Chapter 155, Zoning Code, §§ 155.001 through 155.214 and § 155.999; and Chapter 157, Vacant and Neglected Property Registration, §§ 157.01 through 157.15 and § 157.99, are blight violations and are subject to the procedures and penalties outlined in this chapter. Each of those violations is considered as if more fully set forth herein.
