§ 95.99  PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and costs of prosecution or by imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
