§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate a provision of chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.  Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.  Three or more violations of this chapter by a waste hauler shall be cause for suspension or revocation of a solid waste hauler license.

   (B)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 50.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 and the costs of prosecution or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
