(A) Violations of this chapter shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Inkster.
(B) All blight violations under this Code are subject to enforcement by the procedures and penalties established by the Administrative Hearings Bureau pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 156. The city council has established a schedule for the potential fines by resolution for all blight violations which resolution may be amended from time to time.
