§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner or harborer found in violation of § 91.01, § 91.05 or § 91.07 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. For any subsequent violation within a 12-month period, said owner or harborer shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

   (B)   Violation of § 91.06.
      (1)   Any owner or harborer found in violation of § 91.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $250.
      (2)   Any owner or harborer found in violation of § 91.06 for the second time within a 30 day period shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine or penalty of not more than $500 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person who has not registered his name and procured a license as provided in § 91.10 of this chapter, and who rides on the riding trails or on property within the limits of the village, and who is not a person who is excepted from these provisions as provided in § 91.12, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense of which he is found guilty, or
      (1)   To the revocation of his license; or
      (2)   Both, within the discretion of the judicial officer hearing the matter.
