§ 91.10 LICENSE.
   (A)   Every person who rides a horse or pony on trails provided for horseback riding in the village, or on property within the limits of the village, shall register his or her name with the City Manager, cause his or her signature to be attached to an agreement to abide by the rules and regulations for horseback and pony riders, and to accept a license to be issued to him or her. The signature and issuance of a license shall be a condition precedent to a person riding a horse or pony on such trails, or on properties within the limits of the village. A parent of a rider not of legal age shall make application for the minor and sign the rules and regulations on the minor's behalf.
   (B)   The bridle trail license year runs from June 1 to May 31 of each year.
