ADOPTING ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 17-93
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF INDIAN HILL
   WHEREAS, it has previously been determined by Council, in Resolution No. 21-76, that the City of Indian Hill shall codify its Ordinances; and
   WHEREAS, the City has previously adopted a Code of General Offenses and Traffic Code, which are intended to form parts of the General Code of Ordinances for the City of Indian Hill; and
   WHEREAS, the American Legal Publishing Corporation, pursuant to Resolution No. 7-91 has prepared a recodification of all other general and regulatory ordinances of the City of Indian Hill, in a form suitable for adoption by the City.
   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF INDIAN HILL, STATE OF OHIO:
   Section 1 There is hereby adopted as the Code of Ordinances of the City of Indian Hill Exhibit A, which consists of the Code of General Offenses, the Traffic Code, and all other general and regulatory Ordinances of the City of Indian Hill. Said Exhibit A supersedes the existing Codified Ordinance.
   Section 2 Because the revised Code of Ordinances provide changes in the way the code is structured and in the interest of all persons being able to use the code effectively it is appropriate that the code go into effect at the beginning of 1994, all persons having had adequate notice, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance and shall be effective immediately.
