1305.12 FAILURE TO COMPLETE WORK OR SITE IMPROVEMENTS.

   Upon the failure of any person, firm or corporation, to whom a building permit has been issued, to complete the work for which the permit was issued within one year from the date thereof, or on failure of any such person, firm or corporation to complete the landscaping and planting of lawn within 18 months from the date of issue, as provided in Sections 1305.05 and 1305.06 hereof, such person, firm or corporation, and the owner of any property in respect of which such permit was issued, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as herein provided in this Building Code.
