1305.06 SITE IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED WITHIN 18 MONTHS.

Completion of any structure as required by Section 1305.05 shall include site improvements. The site shall be planted with grass and suitably landscaped within eighteen months from the date of the issuance of the permit.
